Shipping Options:

Prepaid Orders: We offer complimentary delivery on all prepaid orders across India with no additional shipping charges.

Cash on Delivery (COD): COD is available for orders up to ₹4999. For higher amounts, we recommend prepaid payment for a smooth transaction.

    Order Processing Time:

    Art and Craft Products: Orders are dispatched to our delivery partners within 24 to 48 hours, excluding Sundays.

    Gift Items: Dispatched within 24 to 48 hours.

      Estimated Delivery Time:

      Standard Delivery:

      • Most serviceable pin codes: Approximately 7 days.
      • In unforeseen circumstances (weather, strikes, remote locations, courier issues, etc.): Delivery may take up to 14 business days.
      • In delay or such events, Craftopedia is not liable to pay any penalty to the customer or offer any additional discount.

        Tracking Your Order:

        • Track your package's journey using the provided tracking link in your shipping confirmation email/SMS.

        Delivery Acceptance:

        • Please inspect the package upon delivery.
        • If there are signs of damage or tampering, kindly refuse the delivery.
        • For your security, consider recording an unboxing video. Notify us promptly with any issues for swift resolution.

        • Delivery times are estimates and may vary based on location and unforeseen events.
        • We'll keep you informed via email/SMS in case of unexpected delays.
        • Deliveries to rural and remote areas may take longer.
