Cancellation Policy

Orders once placed can be cancelled only within 2 working days, provided the item ordered by you has not already been shipped. Once order placed by you has been shipped, the same cannot be cancelled.

Request for cancellation has to be placed by calling on our customer care number. Cancellation of order is subject to the approval of designated authority at Craftopedia, based on the reason for canceling the order.
