At Craftopedia We understand that things don't always be as you expected. We offer an easy return or exchange and a refund policy to ensure that you are satisfied.
Initiating Returns, Exchanges, & Refunds:
You can make return or exchange requests quickly by accessing your online account through our site. This process is simple and lets you manage your order history and take required actions.

Return, Exchange or Refund Window*
You have five days after the delivery date to make an exchange, return, or request for a refund. Note that Glass items cannot be returned to be returned because of logistical limitations.
Eligibility Criteria:
To be eligible for a exchange, return or refund, the item must be in original condition, in good working order, unused with all labels and packing intact. We accept exchanges, returns and refunds for one of the reasons listed below:
- Damaged Product
- Incorrect Size
- Wrong Product
- Not as Described
The exchange limit is one exchange per purchase.
Shipping Charges:
Free Shipping on Your First Exchange or Return: We offer free shipping on your first return, or exchange if your reason is within the categories listed above.
Recurring Returns/Exchanges after the fact or invalid Reasons: Shipping costs vary from Rs29 to Rs179 on prepaid orders as well as Rs49-R249 for COD orders, based on the weight of the item.
Return Process for Items below Rs999: If the item is priced less than Rs999, we will simplify swapping by delivering you a brand new item without requiring the return of the previous item. This is because of the high costs associated with returning items.
Refund Policy:
Refunds can be made for misrepresented, damaged, and out of stock exchanged items. When your item is taken in and checked through our shipping partner we'll notify you about the status of approval. The refunds approved by us are completed within 48-hours of the initial payment option.
Please allow 3-5 business days to for the amount refunded to appear on your account. The cost of shipping and payment gateways (2 percent) are deducted according to our shipping policy for COD and prepaid purchases.
Cancellation Policy:
Orders are able to be cancelled prior delivery. Log into your account and contact us by phone or WhatsApp at +91 99270 49808 in order to request cancellation.
Cancellations made with prepay will be reimbursed within 2 to 3 business days of the payment method that you originally used and minus an additional 2% gateway cost deduction. After delivery, orders can't be cancelled, however, you can choose to refuse delivery on delivery.
Items that are damaged or defective
Make sure to inspect your order carefully when it arrives. If you find that the item is damaged or altered reject delivery and inform us immediately. For damaged, defective or incorrect goods, please notify us within the first 48 hours after delivery and provide clear pictures or videos as proof.

Reverse Shipping:
To return your product, you should mail your product to: ccraftodpedia@gmail.com
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are refundable only in case of pre-approval on a case-to-case basis. Craftopedia may choose to deduct the cost of return shipping from the refund amount, depending upon the nature of such request.
